For most women over 50, this time of life brings the opportunity to rethink the way we are living our lives and look for a way of life that is more pleasing and fulfilling.
For some of us though… life continues to move too fast and we feel overwhelm and discontent. Being in a rut or dealing with issues… whether they are health, family, or financial matters can be very stressful and wear us down. They impact our well-being physically, mentally and emotionally.
Four factors that can really make a difference:
- Health and Vitality
Health and Vitality
I recently had an issue with my health… and now that it is resolved I am lovin’ life! I am more determined than ever to put extreme self care into my life on a daily basis… a celebration of health lifestyle plan. No more taking health for granted and just getting by. This is about real body love. Delicious healthy food, restful sleep, relaxation, exercise.
What are some body love things that you can nurture yourself with right now? Really listen to your body… what do you need? What would make a difference to your health and vitality? Give yourself the gift of well-being.
The things that inspire and delight… it is so important to put them in our lives every day. What we love and what excites us and lights us up enriches our lives, and often the lives of others too. These are the things in life that have meaning… that make life worth living. A conscious effort to include them and make them a priority can really make a difference in the quality and enjoyment of our lives.
What are you passionate about? What do you love? What brings you joy?
What can I say… when we feel free… to be ourselves truly and authentically… to express the most vital parts of ourselves freely in the myriad ways that are genuine… that is really living! Financial freedom is crucial as well… and a way to make our livelihood in a way that we love.
What are you yearning to express? What are the ways in which you feel freedom? What can you do to increase the sense of freedom in your life?
… is sweet. It gives us more choices in life… a sense of empowerment (in a good way).
What does independence mean for you? What would change if you were more independent? What could you do to feel independent?
How can you make your life a life you truly love waking up to in the morning? What changes… big or small would make a difference for you? Do them. Life is precious. Really enjoy yours now!
